Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist – Development Financial Analysis to support financial planning, management reporting, and performance analysis across the Sports Business Unit. This role will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and executive reporting, helping provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Applications close on the 26th of July 2026. Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Prepare financial analyses, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions. Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports highlighting key financial performance and business trends. Perform Actual vs Budget vs Forecast variance analysis and identify key performance drivers. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reporting. Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and KPI reports. Use Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI (or similar tools) to automate reporting and improve reporting efficiency. Support the preparation of executive presentations and reporting materials for senior management. Translate financial data into clear and concise business insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional qualification (CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage. 5–7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Management Reporting. Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Infrastructure, or large-scale development projects is preferred. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
