As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist  to support participants across the  Illawarra region , covering Nowra and North and South Wollongong, depending on where you’re based - work close to home! As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally. Responsibilities will include: • Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings • Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults • Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC • Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals • Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes • Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals • Support the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians. To be successful in this role you will have: • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA • Experience as a Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist beyond graduation • Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload • Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment • Desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians What's in it for you?
