About the Role In our fast-growing organization, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who can reliably deliver complex technical programs spanning platform infrastructure, model pipelines, console products, and company-wide initiatives. This role is not simply an organizer. It is a role that connects Engineering, Science, Product, and GTM (Go-To-Market) organizations — identifying and quantifying technical risks early, structuring trade-off decisions, and guiding the organization to execute the right things in the right order. In This Role, You Will - Simultaneously manage multiple large programs across platform infrastructure (GPU capacity planning, infrastructure migration, etc.), models (pipeline stabilization, quality gates), products (Playground, API, SDK), and company-wide strategic initiatives - Define project scope, dependencies, risks, and milestones, and collaboratively build execution plans - Accelerate decision-making by presenting roadmaps and solutions with a clear understanding of cross-team technical trade-offs (architecture decisions, priorities, launch schedules) - Manage escalation criteria and communication structures when issues arise to prevent slowdowns in execution speed - Proactively detect and align information asymmetry and priority misalignment between distributed KR/US teams What We're Looking For - Foundational knowledge in computer science or a related technical field — sufficient to quickly understand the context of engineering discussions such as system design, networking, and data structures - Experience as an Engineer or Product Manager leading prioritization of complex technical challenges and driving cross-team execution - Technical capability to directly understand and structure dependencies and risks across models, products, and infrastructure - The ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and, when needed, take initiative by drafting the first version yourself - Proactiveness that goes beyond executing assigned tasks — identifying problems independently and taking action to solve them - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders on both the KR and US sides (business-level communication in both Korean and English are required for this role) Nice to Have - Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience in technology-based product development or operations Even if there are a few checkboxes that aren’t ticked through your prior experience, we still encourage you to apply!
