The job
Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat — building a scalable UA engine
Own your strategy and KPIs end-to-end: we provide the resources and the "why," you define the "how." No hand-holding, no micro-management — just results
Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms
Lead creative testing frameworks — build and manage scalable systems for testing high volumes of creatives, identify what wins and why, and replicate success at scale
Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation
Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS
Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative testing analysis, campaign optimization, and other recurring UA workflows
Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams — guide creative focus, forecast asset delivery, and write clear technical requirements
Dig into LTV, monetization, and web funnels; when a number moves, you're the first to ask why
Generate insights from performance data, proactively surface opportunities, and produce regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, evolving privacy regulations, and emerging AI capabilities relevant to performance marketing
Must Have
5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments
Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (incl. DemGen/YT) at scale, with hands-on experience in TikTok Ads and/or Snapchat Ads
Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Solid understanding of web attribution principles and experience with tracking/analytics platforms
Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar); comfortable pulling and analyzing data via SQL and/or advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Practical experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing workflows — reporting, creative analysis, campaign optimization, or process automation more broadly
Strong communication and project management skills — able to sell ideas and negotiate priorities cross-functionally with stakeholders who don't report to you
Comfortable with ambiguity: when the roadmap shifts or a problem has no clear playbook, you build the solution rather than wait for one
Direct communicator who gives and welcomes honest feedback; willing to challenge a broken process or a wrong call
You care about how UA affects LTV, product retention, and the business bottom line — business owner first, media buyer second
Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
Experience in healthtech, wellness, or other strictly regulated verticals is a strong advantage
