We are looking for a UX professional with 5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences, ideally within complex or regulated environments. This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Must-have Skills:
Human-Centered Design: Applies user-centered methodologies to frame problems, ideate solutions, and deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
End-to-End UX Design: Leads the creation of user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align user needs with business goals.
UX Research & Insights: Conducts user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and uncover innovation opportunities.
Data-Driven Design: Translates behavioral data and user insights into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-quality experiences.
Design Tools Expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for rapid ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
Design Systems & Accessibility: Contributes to and evolves design systems, ensuring consistency and ADA-compliant solutions across products.
English Communication: Professional fluency in English, with the ability to present, articulate design decisions, and handle complex discussions with global stakeholders.
Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated experience delivering impactful UX solutions through a solid portfolio (mandatory for evaluation).
Financial Services Experience: Experience designing solutions within regulated environments or B2B2C models.
Nice-to-have:
AI-Enabled UX: Familiarity integrating AI-driven features or contributing to AI-powered user experiences.
Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading design workshops, co-creation sessions, and design critiques.
Storytelling & Presentation: Strong narrative skills to communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
