Shipping and Receiving Operator
Monday- Friday
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an (onsite) Shipping/Receiving Operator for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. This position reports to Shipping/Receiving Manager. The pay rate for this position is $19.00/hr. and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
This position offers the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 an hour within your first year of employment through our structured tier advancement program .
This self-sufficient, motivated, safety oriented, and capable individual will be responsible for the operation of several types of equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:
Unload Plant 2 Direct Trailers
Identify, label and mark unloaded materials
Communicate with Plant 2 Production for Organization of product/shipments.
Identify, Label and stage WIP
Barcode lumber
Organization of Finished Lumber Locations
5s Dock, Plant 3 and Plant 3 lot
Ability to Identify and QC Finished Lumber
Assist in shipping and unloading LTL shipments
Must be able to operate a forklift
Use ERP system to create shipping and receiving paperwork
Update inventory into all shipping and receiving systems
This is a safety sensitive position.
Basic Requirements:
High School Graduate (or equivalent)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
Ability to work overtime.
Collaborate effectively with team members
Demonstrate openness to learning by adapting to new processes, incorporating constructive feedback, and taking initiative to develop skills and expertise
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements:
Ability to load/unload roll off dumpsters
Ability to move 48’-53’ trailers throughout the yard
Ability to back trailers in and out of the docks, including the Plant 2 dock
Ability to use various tools
Strong aptitude in problem solving and process improvement
Preferred CDL A or B
Ability to articulate problems and solutions verbally
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and personal initiative related to problem resolution duties with follow-through and professionalism.
Self-motivated and capable of managing stressful situations.
