Description
Coordinate and follow up on daily site activities in accordance with the approved project schedule. Coordinate between site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team. Follow up on the progress of different trades and ensure proper sequencing of activities. Ensure that approved drawings, specifications, and relevant technical information are available to the site team. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available according to project requirements. Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deliveries, manpower, and work progress. Communicate technical and site-related issues to the appropriate engineer or project manager. Support the project team during testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities. Ensure that site activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, project requirements, and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in *Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field* is preferred. 2–5 years of experience* in construction, fit-out, site coordination, or a similar role. Previous experience in interior fit-out, commercial, residential, retail, or corporate projects is highly preferred. Good understanding of construction site activities and project workflows. Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and MEP drawings. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good knowledge of construction materials and basic construction methods.
