Description
WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.
WWPS is hiring a Site Logistics Project Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in Vernon, Texas. This is a full-time, 100% onsite role based in Vernon, Texas.
This role will lead project site logistics for a major mission critical construction program. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the physical flow of people, materials, equipment, temporary facilities, laydown areas, access routes, and site support infrastructure needed to keep a complex construction site moving safely and efficiently.
This is a high visibility owner’s rep role where you will act as an extension of the owner’s team, partnering closely with construction leadership, trade contractors, site operations, safety, quality, and project controls. You will have real ownership over site logistics strategy, not just coordination responsibility.
Wherever you are based, we provide full relocation or travel support including per diem, ensuring a smooth transition so you can hit the ground running from day one.

What You Will Do

Manage complex project site material laydown areas, storage areas, staging plans, and site access routes
Coordinate road improvements, haul routes, traffic flow, delivery sequencing, parking, and construction access needs
Oversee temporary site facilities including trade lunch tents, workforce support areas, field offices, logistics zones, and related site infrastructure
Coordinate logistics planning for concrete batch plants, heavy equipment movement, crane access, trucking, material deliveries, and high-volume construction activities
Act as the primary logistics interface across owners, general contractors, trade partners, vendors, and project stakeholders
Develop and maintain site logistics plans that support safety, schedule, productivity, and constructability
Monitor site conditions and proactively resolve congestion, storage, sequencing, access, and coordination issues
Partner with safety teams to ensure logistics activities support safe movement of people, materials, vehicles, and equipment
Work closely with project controls and construction teams to align logistics planning with schedule milestones and construction sequencing
Lead coordination meetings related to logistics, deliveries, site access, laydown, temporary facilities, and site constraints
Support change management by identifying logistics impacts related to scope changes, schedule shifts, weather, workforce growth, or trade stacking
Enforce site standards for housekeeping, material storage, access control, signage, traffic management, and logistics compliance
Lead and mentor project team members and trade partners supporting logistics execution
What You Bring
3-5+ years of construction project management, logistics management, site operations, or field leadership experience
Strong experience managing logistics on large-scale construction sites
Background in data centers, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, semiconductor, or other complex construction environments
