Das Mögliche neu denken The Oak Creek, WI Site Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Air Separation Facility, including production and distribution. This 24/7 operation supports regional customers and requires close coordination with commercial drivers, plant operators, mechanics, technical staff, logistics personnel, and production support teams. As a key member of the management team, the Site Manager provides direct leadership to the Oak Creek Distribution Supervisor, Operators, Drivers, and Vehicle Mechanics. This role requires strong operational expertise, effective cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive safe, reliable, and efficient performance across multiple business units. Direct leadership accountability is central to this position, with responsibility for operational reliability, productivity improvements, maintenance coordination, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Site Manager will prioritize safety while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational standards. Check out some of our benefits below! • Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance available day one of employment • 401(k) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting of company match and core contributions • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time • Paid parental leave • Adoption assistance • Flexible Spending Accounts (medical, dependent daycare) • Health Savings Account • Life Insurance (AD&D), Supplemental AD&D • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities • Lead safety performance by actively engaging employees in all aspects of Basic Safety Processes and ensuring safety remains the top priority across all operations. • Provide Safety, Health, and Environmental training to employees and ensure compliance with company, state, and federal standards. • Support all aspects of day-to-day plant and distribution operations, including identifying operational issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions. • Oversee the site Management of Change process, including the development, documentation, and implementation of procedures. • Respond to and support plant and distribution issues on a 24/7 basis as needed. • Plan, organize, and deliver safe, reliable operational results within budget limitations. • Identify maintenance concerns and partner with the regional maintenance team to develop and implement corrective and preventative measures. • Drive productivity improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across each business unit. • Coach, train, counsel, and develop employees to support performance, compliance, and career growth. • Interface with Air Products professionals, internal support teams, and regulatory officials as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma with 5+ years of plant or operations experience required; or a bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years of supervisory experience preferred. • Experience in process plant operations and/or maintenance required. • Distribution operations and/or maintenance knowledge preferred. • Strong leadership competencies with a hands-on, can-do attitude and a demonstrated drive for continuous improvement. • Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and compliance. • Strong commitment to teamwork, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to build effective relationships with multiple support groups; experience working in a matrix organization preferred. • Ability to manage multiple reporting programs, priorities, and initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment. • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, coaching, and teaching skills required. • Proficiency with PC applications required; SAP experience preferred.
