If you want to grow your skills and develop your career, find out more at  www.imerys.com Die Position Site Manager-Antonito & No Agua Zusammenfassung der angebotenen Stelle Responsible for daily operations pertaining to production processes, operational analysis, viable production alternatives, recommendations & plans and oversight of key production initiatives targeting improvements in safety, regulatory compliance, productivity integrity, improved equipment utilization, budgetary considerations / requirements & customer satisfaction. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for Environment & Health & Safety across the Site and ensuring safety best-in-class standards are achieved. • Manages directly all aspects of operations across the Site, including Environment, Health & Safety, production, planning, maintenance, warehousing, industrial projects / capex, process improvement, quality, energy consumption optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, in close coordination with Imerys Centers of Excellence and other business areas. • Ensures products are manufactured and delivered on schedule, and within quality standards and cost objectives. • Develops the Site industrial plan in coordination with Operations Director, Business Area Centers of Excellence, BA Business Planning / SC VP and with the support of Imerys Centers of Excellence. • Leads Site operations optimization to address competitiveness / demand requirements, including capex execution (debottlenecking, extension), flexibility and reduction of lead-times, productivity / energy consumption, maintenance, cost reduction / continuous improvement programs, in coordination with Imerys Business Area Centers of Excellence. • Responsible for crude rationalization to maintain mine balance & implementation of Life of mine plans developed with / by Imerys Geology experts [SOME SITES – Excluding Sandersville]. • Key interfaces: ensures effective coordination with Hub Operations Director, Business Area Business Planning / Supply Chain team, Imerys and Centers of Excellence & Purchasing teams, BA Segments, and is supported by Finance & HR Business Partners. • Conformance to EHS audit and target criteria (BU / Plant Objectives) • Equipment Utilization (Cumulative Scheduled / Operational Downtime), targeting 95% efficiency • Performance Efficiency (Actual Output / Design Output), targeting 95% efficiency • Tracked & trended consumable usage variances in line with flex models • Quality Rate (Defects & Rework / Total Production), targeting 99% efficiency • Customer Service targeting on time delivery compliance of 95% • Production Cost % of Product Revenue / Fixed Cost • Performance to Budget / Forecast Key Competencies: • Recognized management skills (ability to manage teams) • Good knowledge of all operations aspects (Safety, Production, Quality, Process, Capex…) • Demonstrated capabilities of achieving cost reduction and productivity by promoting a continuous improvement mindset • Multitasking skills • Crisis management • Customer oriented mindset • Ability to attract and develop professional teams EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, experience of customer oriented organization • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, preferred Art der Position Vollzeit und unbefristet I n der unten angegebenen Mailbox werden nur technische Anfragen bearbeitet: recruiting.support@ imerys.com Bitte senden Sie keine Lebensläufe und Bewerbungsunterlagen zur unten stehenden E-Mail.
