SITE OPERATIONS CREW MEMBER ABOUT THE ROLE Framework is seeking reliable and experienced Site Operations Crew Members to support event setup, operations, and strike for live events throughout Los Angeles. This hands-on contract role is responsible for executing site operations tasks that help transform event spaces into show ready environments. Team members support the physical execution of event builds by installing, maintaining, and removing site infrastructure while working within established timelines and event standards. This role requires individuals who are dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced live event environment. CONTRACT DETAILS • Contract-based, event-by-event position. • Work consists of 2–4 day event assignments, primarily on weekends. • Events take place at various venues throughout Los Angeles, CA. • Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles area. Travel and lodging are not provided. RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute venue setup and teardown according to site plans and operational timelines. • Install, maintain, and remove temporary event infrastructure, site elements, and furnishings; assist with heavy equipment operation and movements as needed. • Install and maintain signage, lighting, safety equipment, and other site assets. • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas before, during, and after events. • Support multiple departments with operational needs throughout event setup, show hours, and strike. • Complete general labor tasks as assigned to support overall event operations. PREFFERED SKILLS • Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial equipment. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs using safe lifting techniques • Previous experience in live events. • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving equipment. • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Ability to follow directions, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
