Job Description
As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation activities on Kanadevia Inova’s Little Island Renewable Gas project in Cork. You will provide day-to-day leadership to electrical contractors and site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, programme, budget and HSEQ requirements. Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery, testing and completion of the electrical installation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise electrical site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, programme, budget and contractual requirements. Provide day-to-day leadership to Kanadevia Inova and contractor teams and maintain close communication with the Site Manager.
• Take responsibility for HSEQ performance within the area of responsibility, ensuring all relevant HSEQ requirements are implemented and complied with. Review RAMS, identify and mitigate hazards, monitor safe working practices and stop work where safety may be compromised.
• Coordinate electrical contractors, subcontractors and consortium partners, ensuring effective planning, execution and coordination of installation works. Support the resolution of technical and site issues, coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and ensure work is progressed in line with project requirements.
• Oversee electrical installation, testing and completion activities, including planning and implementing installation testing procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant national and international technical standards. Follow up contractor performance, deviations, claims, change requests and the timely closure of punch-list items.
• Support successful project delivery and continuous improvement, proactively contributing to project objectives, providing technical and operational input, sharing knowledge with colleagues and specialist departments, and capturing lessons learned for current and future projects. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and provide clear, solution-focused leadership on site.
