As our Social Content Producer , you’ll own end-to-end production for Huda Beauty’s social channels, turning creative vision into content that stops thumbs and builds community. You’ll sit at the intersection of storytelling, brand, and execution , partnering across teams to deliver content that’s on-brief, on-brand, and built for performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :  Content Production Lead end-to-end content production across social platforms , from model tutorials and ASMR videos to trending social-first formats. Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, shot lists, call sheets, and content deliverables. Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, creator collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content capture. Manage production vendors, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, talent, and agencies. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, creative direction, and business objectives. Produce platform-native content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Support development of short-form video, tutorials, product demonstrations, trend-driven content, and educational beauty content. Project Management Own the production calendar and manage workflow from concept through final delivery. Track deadlines, approvals, and team content creation needs to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain organised asset libraries and content management systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or a related field. 3 – 6 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, creative production, or a related role. Experience producing content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with external agencies, creators, and production partners. Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry. Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships. Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools. Understanding of photography, videography, editing, and post-production workflows. Experience supporting e-commerce content production. Track record of on-time delivery of content and campaign assets. Demonstrated quality and consistency in brand storytelling. Proven contribution to social media engagement and content performance. Experience managing production processes and budgets efficiently. Contribution to campaign objectives, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
