The Social Media Specialist will help plan, produce, and manage multi-platform content that strengthens Sleek’s brand, builds community engagement, and contributes to overall growth. Outcomes 1. Content Strategy & Execution Manage social media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and manage monthly content calendars tied to product launches, campaigns, events, and seasonal moments across all markets. Ensure Sleek shows up consistently across platforms- right tone, right format, right timing. Maintain high platform standards: consistency, quality, and best-practice execution across every channel. Drive pipeline and revenue through social, not just awareness, by translating content into measurable business impact. 3.
