Remote, Philippines. Full-time, EST business hours.Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination:Manage active residential and commercial solar projects from kickoff through completion.Track project milestones and proactively remove obstacles.Ensure projects remain on schedule and communicate delays before they become problems.Coordinate handoffs between departments.Procurement & Material Management:Purchase equipment and materials for ongoing projects.Track lead times and ensure materials arrive before scheduled work.Maintain vendor relationships and pricing.Resolve supply chain issues quickly to minimize downtime.Permitting & Utility Coordination:Coordinate permit applications and inspections.Track permit approvals and required documentation.Communicate with AHJs and utilities as necessary.Ensure projects remain compliant with local requirements.Manufacturer Relations & RMAs:Process warranty claims with inverter, battery, module, and equipment manufacturers.Coordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).Track replacement equipment from claim submission through delivery.Advocate for timely resolutions with manufacturers.Contractor Management:Coordinate subcontractors and specialty contractors.Verify work scopes and scheduling.Ensure contractors meet project expectations and deadlines.Maintain accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Cross-Department Communication:Partner with Scheduling to coordinate field resources.Work closely with Sales and Estimating to clarify project scope.Support Residential and Commercial Managers with updates and early risk identification.Keep stakeholders informed with timely and accurate communication.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of project management experience within the solar industry.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with procurement and purchasing.Experience coordinating permitting processes.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.PreferredExperience handling manufacturer warranty claims and RMA processes.Experience with SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, SMA, Fronius, Generac, FranklinWH, or other major solar manufacturers.Understanding of residential and commercial solar systems.Experience coordinating inspections and utility requirements.Experience using CRM or field service management software (Zoho, RazorSync, etc.).BenefitsOpportunities for growth and advancement.Competitive compensation package.HMO.
