You will work directly with clients to design, prototype, and deploy computer vision solutions powered by Ultralytics YOLO. You will help bridge the gap between client needs and our powerful AI tooling, guiding them through every stage from ideation to deployment. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborate with clients to understand their use cases and challenges, and architecting end-to-end solutions using the YOLO ecosystem. - Deliver high-quality technical demos, onboarding sessions, proofs of concept, and technical workshops that illustrate how to build with YOLO and demonstrate the power of Ultralytics tooling. - Design annotation strategies and model training pipelines tailored to the client’s data, goals, and deployment constraints. - Debug client issues and delivering effective solutions with a strong understanding of the YOLO package, Python, OpenCV, and model behavior. - Support pre-sales efforts by participating in technical discovery calls and helping shape proposals and SLAs. - Partner regularly with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities. - Act as a strategic technical advisor to clients, shaping computer vision solutions that drive tangible business outcomes with YOLO models. - Enable the sales and marketing teams with technical expertise, competitive insights, and field learnings to support campaign effectiveness and messaging accuracy. - Represent Ultralytics at conferences, webinars, and customer events. Contribute to technical blog posts, customer stories, and educational materials.
