LTS operates today from 5 sites: Netanya (Israel), Andernach (Germany), West Caldwell (NJ, USA), St. Paul (MN, USA), and Shanghai (China). About the Role We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated Logistics & Sourcing Lead to join our Supply Chain team in Israel. In this role, you will own end-to-end sourcing operations, subcontractor management, and global logistics. • Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager • Location: Netanya, Israel (Hybrid model: 4 days from the office, 1 day from home) Key Responsibilities • Sourcing & Supplier Management: • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and subcontractor management. • Build, optimize, and streamline procurement, purchasing, and supplier management workflows. • Ensure supplier performance aligns with cost, quality, and strict regulatory compliance standards. • Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization: • Lead and oversee global logistics operations, closely monitoring international import/export activities and shipping performance. • Manage relationships and negotiations with freight forwarders and customs brokers to optimize service levels. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at supply chain optimization and cost reduction. • Provide ongoing mapping, analysis, and data-driven updates to executive management regarding logistics KPIs and costs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Partner closely with internal teams (such as R&D, Operations, and Finance) to support raw material needs and production timelines. • Implement forecasting strategies to optimize inventory levels, mitigating risks of shortages or excess stock. Job Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business management). • Experience & Skills: • At least 2 years of proven experience in sourcing and vendor management. • Solid hands-on experience tracking global logistics, import/export regulations, and managing freight forwarders. • Deep understanding of procurement procedures, supply chain mechanics, and contract structures. • Prior procurement/sourcing experience within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry – Significant Advantage . • Hands-on experience with global ERP systems (SAP Business One – Advantage ). • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). • Strong professional communication skills in English (both written and verbal). • Personality & Soft Skills : • We are looking for a standalone professional who brings energy and leadership to our workflow.
