NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established South Bend, IN operation. Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area) Compensation: Guaranteed $175 per day (Average weekly commission: $875 ) Schedule: Monday through Friday Start/End Time: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM Required Vehicle: Large SUV or Mini Van Weekly Mileage: Approximately 850 miles Daily Stops: Approximately 25–50 Geographical Area: Monday: Elkhart, Middlebury, Bristol, Goshen, Millersburg, Milford, Nappanee, and Wakarusa Tuesday–Friday: Goshen, Millersburg, Milford, Nappanee, and Wakarusa Sorting: None Additional Route Information: Monday includes additional coverage due to lower stop volume in the standard service area. Requirements Vehicle Requirements Candidates must possess a Large SUV or Mini Van . The vehicle must be 2013 model year or newer . This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate cargo space. To maintain our industry-leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following: Age: Be at least 21 years of age. Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery. Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app. Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability. Pre-Employment Screening: Successfully complete our pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes: Driving History Review (past 36 months) Criminal Background Check Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening Your Mindset Entrepreneurial Spirit: Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and manage your own independent, self-driven business.
