SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist & Consultant in Internal Medicine with Western qualifications to join a prestigious private healthcare provider. As a Specialist & Consultant in Internal Medicine, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of medical conditions in adult patients. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide variety of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnostic testing, and formulate individualized treatment plans. Provide expert clinical consultations and collaborate with other specialists to coordinate patient care. Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal medicine best practices. Mentor and support junior medical staff, contributing to knowledge sharing and professional development. Engage in patient and family education to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans. Requirements Requirements Medical degree with Western qualifications in Internal Medicine. Board certification or equivalent credentials in Internal Medicine. Proven experience as a Specialist & Consultant in Internal Medicine, preferably within private healthcare settings. Strong clinical knowledge of adult internal medicine and evidence-based treatment approaches. Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
