As part of the Americas Marketing team, you’ll help bring that mission to life by creating meaningful experiences that connect consumers with our brand through our specialty retail partners. The Specialty Channel Marketing Manager leads the marketing strategy and execution for Fjällräven’s North American specialty channel across the United States and Canada. Working alongside the Sales team, you’ll develop marketing programs that strengthen retailer relationships, elevate the consumer experience, increase brand visibility, and drive sell-through. By building thoughtful marketing programs and meaningful retail partnerships, you’ll strengthen our presence in stores, online, and at events where people begin their next adventure. Your work will help ensure our wholesale partners have the tools, experiences, and support they need to introduce more people to the Fjällräven brand while driving sales at specialty retailers. Specialty Channel Strategy Own the seasonal marketing strategy for the Specialty channel across the United States and Canada Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to align marketing investments with business opportunities Translate national brand campaigns into compelling trade marketing programs Identify new opportunities to grow the channel, strengthen brand visibility, and drive sell-through Support marketing needs for other Fenix Outdoor brands, including Devold and Hanwag Retail Partner Marketing Serve as the primary marketing contact for specialty retail partners, sales representative agencies, and internal Sales partners Build strong, proactive communication channels with specialty retail partners Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, ecommerce content, promotional campaigns, employee education, and sales contest programs Support wholesale partners with the tools, assets, and experiences they need to represent Fjällräven with confidence and care Campaigns, Events & Activations Lead seasonal campaign execution across the Specialty channel, including digital activations, merchandising updates, product launches, retail fixtures, and in-store experiences Provide hands-on support to bring events, trade marketing, and brand activations to
