Job Description A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified and experienced Spine Surgeons to join its orthopedic/neurosurgical team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of spinal disorders, trauma, and complex spinal conditions. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with spinal disorders and injuries. Perform spinal surgical procedures appropriate to training and expertise. Manage degenerative, traumatic, deformity, and complex spinal conditions. Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up. Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Collaborate with neurosurgeons, orthopedic specialists, radiologists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and other multidisciplinary teams. Manage emergency spinal trauma cases when required. Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, teaching, and quality improvement activities. Requirements MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical degree. MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery . Fellowship/subspecialty qualification in Spine Surgery is highly desirable. Relevant post-specialization experience according to the position level. Strong experience in spinal surgery and management of complex spinal conditions. Experience in spinal trauma, degenerative spine surgery, and spinal deformity is an advantage. Strong surgical skills, clinical judgment, and patient-management abilities.
