What You’ll Own
Drive Commercial Sales
• Sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans
• Build and manage a commercial book of business
• Prospect local businesses and fleet accounts
• Generate repeat and referral sales
Process & Discipline
• Business Development
• Outside sales calls and networking
• Local business outreach
• Fleet account development
• Custom orders and upfit coordination
Performance Expectations
• 8–15+ units monthly (retail + fleet mix)
• Strong gross per unit performance
• 90%+ CSI/NPS
What It Takes
• Automotive sales experience preferred (Sprinter/fleet a plus)
• OR strong B2B/outside sales background
• High activity level and structured follow-up habits
• Professional presence aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards
• Ability to explain technical specs clearly and confidently
• Self-starter mindset — you create opportunity
