Develop FF&E concepts aligned with project design direction and client requirements. Prepare mood boards, material boards, and FF&E presentations. Select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and decorative items. Create detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and procurement documentation. Coordinate with interior designers, architects, suppliers, and contractors. Source products and negotiate with vendors and manufacturers. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples for approval. Monitor procurement timelines, deliveries, and installation processes. Ensure design quality, functionality, budget compliance, and project deadlines. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and global design innovations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in FF&E design within interior design or fit-out companies. Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality, residential, or commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture manufacturers, and procurement processes. Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
