Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, conducting complex analyses, and supporting decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives. • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership. • Support the annual budgeting process, including consolidations, variance analysis, and scenario planning. • Assist with ad hoc financial analyses, business case evaluations, and investment decisions. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, working closely with accounting and operational teams. • Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market developments to inform strategic planning. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial reporting accuracy. • Support the FP&A Team • Support Finance month end close activity • Admin for FP&A tool (Adaptive) • Prepare financial information and doing analysis to support US / India expense as well as any corporate level support as required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFAis a plus ). • 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Advanced Excel , financial modeling skills and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive planning) is a plus. • Experience in Microsoft D365 ERP is a plus .  Other ERP system (SAP, Oracle, others ) minimum requirement • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and influence decision-making.
