Most of our teams work remotely and have access to our offices in Denver, Colorado, New, York, New York, Dallas, Texas, and Lisbon, Portugal with some roles requiring you to be on-site in a location.  Cleerly has created a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Our technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks.  At Cleerly, we collaborate digitally and use a wide variety of systems. Our people use Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video, prior experience in these areas is a plus. About the Opportunity The Senior Implementation Manager at Cleerly plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing optimization of our technology within client environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, healthcare technology, and client services, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. The right candidate for this role has the ability to thrive in a startup environment with a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and CAN DO attitude. Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support Lead early clinical, operational, and technical workflow-discovery discussions. Assess integration, image-routing, infrastructure, security, resourcing, dependency, and implementation risks before contracting. Partner with Sales and Solutions Architecture to establish the preliminary implementation approach, scope, timeline, and client expectations. Implementation Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Cleerly for new and expanded clients in hospitals, health systems, cardiology practices and imaging centers, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Develop and manage project plans and timelines to drive successful project delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
