We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership. • Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners • Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality • Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities • Provide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team members • Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned • Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent sales and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong supervisory and leadership skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience required • Minimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferred • Supervisory experience preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
