Mission: As an R&D Business Impact Lead, you act as the domain expert and solution architect for Aily App R&D modules. Your mission is to embed Aily App into core R&D routines across research, portfolio governance, clinical development, and pipeline strategy, enabling Fortune 500 companies to move faster from signal to scientific and portfolio action. You own the Aily.r&d client journey from first integration to enterprise-wide adoption, ensuring the product is fully deployed, trusted, and embedded into daily R&D decision-making to deliver measurable performance impact. What You Will Do: Act as the R&D domain expert and solution architect for Aily App modules: Internally Translate R&D routines into product requirements and AI decision logic, refine model performance, and shape the product roadmap and future high-impact R&D use cases. Externally Drive client value realization by leading deployments, guiding R&D data readiness, validating AI through portfolio and clinical leadership feedback, upskilling R&D managers and executives, and accelerating time to value. Your Responsibilities R&D Solution Architecture Translate research, portfolio governance, and clinical development routines into product requirements and AI decision logic Define AI outcomes and R&D decision quality standards Co-shape scalable product capabilities across research, portfolio, and clinical use cases Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and R&D operational readiness Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value Influence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights R&D Authority in the Room Act as the trusted R&D domain expert for clients and internal Product and AI teams Be the trusted advisor to Chief R&D Officers, Heads of R&D, portfolio leaders, clinical operations heads, and innovation executives Represent R&D user needs in product and roadmap discussions Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear business language Deployment, Adoption & Time-to-Value Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption Own time to first active user and time to routine across R&D deployments Upskill and evangelize R&D users through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns Ensure AI becomes embedded into daily R&D governance, portfolio, and clinical decision-making cadences ---- Your Profile: Must Have: Bachelor, Master, PhD, or MBA degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of R&D decision-making in large enterprises, including portfolio governance and clinical development processes 5+/7+ years of experience in R&D strategy, pharmaceutical consulting, clinical operations, portfolio management, or innovation leadership roles Exposure to R&D analytics, performance management, or digital transformation initiatives Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior, gained through close collaboration with product and data science teams Strongly recommended: Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive R&D products Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices Experience working across global R&D organizations or multi-therapeutic portfolios teams Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients Extreme ownership mindset, with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value Strong communication skills with senior procurement and executive stakeholders Ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Why Aily: Work at the intersection of AI, manufacturing, and supply chain transformation, shaping
