To thrive in this role, you have
6–10+ years of experience in product marketing with at least 3+ years of consumer lending or regulated financial services experience, including exposure to credit risk, underwriting and loan servicing
A track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy - segmentation, funnel optimization and measurable business outcomes in a performance-driven environment
Strong grounding in product marketing fundamentals: audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, value propositions, messaging, acquisition / engagement plan development
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Credit Risk, Brand, Analytics, Legal and Compliance
A demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment and execution
The ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives
A strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact
