If you are driven to do great work and are committed to doing your job with passion, you have found the right team!   Primary Job Responsibilities: Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the interview process   Own the end-to-end interview scheduling process including phone screens, virtual and onsite interviews, and debrief sessions while consistently meeting and exceeding internal SLAs and performance metrics Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex scheduling scenarios, including executive-level and multi-panel interviews across time zones Responsible for part-time front desk coverage, including greeting candidates and guests of PitchBook and ensuring an exceptional in person experience  Own communication with candidates, recruiters and interview teams on any logistics related to interviewing   Maintain integrity of PitchBook’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure we are taking advantage of every efficiency   Open new job requisitions, while ensuring accuracy and consistency in posting across job boards   Responsible for effectively managing the background check process  Attend intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers, as needed, to develop an understanding of open roles, and stay actively engaged in the progress of open searches  Util
