📋 Description
• Set and own the technical direction and architecture of our iOS app
• Lead the iOS engineers day-to-day: code reviews, architecture decisions, quality bar
• Act as main alignment with Android for product consistency
• Engage with Android/Backend/QA/Design/Product to keep the mobile experience coherent
• Coach and grow iOS engineers through pairing and architecture discussions
• Stay hands-on: ship features, review code, stay close to the codebase
🎯 Requirements
• Deep hands-on iOS expertise: Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Xcode, App Store lifecycle
• Proven track record building and scaling high-traffic B2C apps
• Demonstrated ability to lead technically and be a reference for the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Android, Backend, QA, Design and Product
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Fluent in English (French a plus)
