Role   We are looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer to join our team. This is a Hybrid (3 days / week) role, reporting to the Director, Software Development Engineering in the AI Security department. The engineer will own features end-to-end across the full stack, from React UI to Spring Boot microservices to cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.  What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Build full-stack features across React UI, Spring Boot microservices, and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes Design REST APIs and event-driven Kafka services within a microservices architecture Own features end-to-end, including logging, observability, and cross-functional collaboration with UX and PM Who You Are (Success Profile) You act like an owner. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain 5+ years of software development experience building enterprise-grade solutions Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot; strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with ReactJS and state management libraries Experience designing and consuming REST APIs in a microservices architecture Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms Familiarity with containerized deployments on Kubernetes and core AWS services What Will Make You Stand Out
