This role sits at the intersection of Product Engineering, Customer Engineering, Architecture, and strategic customer engagements, helping shape next-generation capabilities across Privacy, Consent & Preferences, Risk & Governance, AI Governance, and Compliance solutions.  You will partner closely with Product Specialists, Solution Architects, Engineering leaders, and Design Partner customers to solve complex technical challenges, define scalable implementation patterns, and accelerate delivery of customer-driven innovations. Unlike a role focused only on feature execution, this position is accountable for designing solutions that address immediate customer needs while becoming durable platform capabilities that benefit the broader OneTrust customer base.  Success in this role means raising engineering quality, reducing implementation complexity, improving platform scalability, mentoring engineers, accelerating customer outcomes, and helping OneTrust deliver market-leading governance capabilities with speed, reliability, and technical excellence.    Your Mission   Lead Technical Design & Delivery: Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable platform services, APIs, integrations, and user experiences that address strategic customer needs while meeting long-term platform standards for reliability, security, and maintainability.   Create Reusable Platform Capabilities: Translate customer-specific requirements into generalized product capabilities, shared services, reference implementations, and reusable engineering patterns that can scale across multiple customers and product domains.  Partner Across Product, Architecture & Customer Engineering: Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Specialists, Solution Architects, and Design Partner customers to validate technical approaches, ref
