Steel Fabricator 
  Location:  Arlington, TN  Job Type:  Contract-to-Hire  Shift:  2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday-Friday)  Some Saturdays required  
  Starting Pay:  From  $21.00/hour  (Higher pay available based on experience)  + 10% Shift Differential  
 Position Summary 
 We are hiring a Steel Fabricator to join a busy structural steel manufacturing team. This role involves fitting and assembling structural steel components, interpreting fabrication drawings, operating shop equipment, and preparing assemblies for welding. Candidates should be comfortable working with heavy materials in a fast-paced production environment.
