Cuso International is seeking an e-volunteer to collaborate remotely with the A-Kasa Foundation, strengthening the visibility and reach of initiatives that advance the inclusion of people with disabilities in Colombia’s business sector. You will help shape an integrated communications, marketing, and institutional relations strategy that turns social impact into compelling stories and meaningful opportunities. Your work will raise awareness of the foundation’s programs, position its services among employers, build valuable partnerships, and expand its presence across media, digital channels, and influential forums. As an e-volunteer, you will support the organization through the following activities: Shape the communications strategy: Develop a plan that aligns the workplace inclusion program’s positioning with the A-Kasa Foundation’s business objectives. Create content and strengthen media visibility: Produce press releases, success stories, newsletters, presentations, and institutional materials while building relationships with print, broadcast, and digital media. Lead digital campaigns and channels: Design measurable campaigns that position services, engage stakeholders, and generate business opportunities across social media, the website, LinkedIn, and other strategic platforms. Develop visual and commercial assets: Create graphic, multimedia, audiovisual, and sales materials tailored to key audiences and consistent with the foundation’s identity. Essential Requirements: A degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Organizational Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Additional training or demonstrated experience in strategic communications, branding, public relations, digital marketing, or business development is an asset. Essential Background: Experience developing strategic communications and institutional positioning initiatives. Experience building relationships with press, radio, television, and digital media. Experience designing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or comparable tools. Experience with social-purpose organizations, social impact projects, or inclusion initiatives is preferred. Knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, digital campaigns, and social media analytics.
