Position Title:
Student Worker - Local County Library System Aid (Work-Study) Job Description:

The Local County Library Systems and the School of Education is a representative of the office and university both off site and on campus. The appointed individual will:

• Be reliable/dependable/professional/conscientious.

• Be a friendly and outgoing/team player.

• Assist with preschool story hours as scheduled by the Frederick County Library System librarians.

• Assist with family programming as scheduled by the Frederick County Library System librarians.

• Perform and follow through with tasks as assigned by (staff librarians).

• Student will need to provide their own transportation both to and from work.

Salary and Hours

• Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.

• Students will work a total of eight (8) hours per week.
