Student Worker - Sociology, Criminal Justice & Human Services Department (Work-Study) Job Description:
The appointed w ork study student for the Department of Sociology will be a representative of the office both in the office and on campus.
The appointed individual will:
• Be reliable/dependable/professional/conscientious.
• Light office duties (answer phones, be a friendly and outgoing/team player).
• Be knowledgeable with various software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power P oint, etc.).
• Run campus errands.
• Learn particulars/responsibilities of the office.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Salary and Hours
• Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.
• Students will work a total of ei ght (8) hours per week.
