ProCook, a renowned name in the cookware industry, is looking for 2 skilled part time 20hrs per week Supervisors for our store in Eastbourne. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership abilities while creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers. These two roles will be for 20hrs per week each, working across Monday to Sunday on a rota, based in our Eastbourne Store Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles. Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team. Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
