WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Supplier Quality Engineer , you will work closely with our clients and their suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities include:
• Conducting supplier audits, process validations, and quality assessments.
• Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
• Managing APQP, PPAP, and other quality documentation to ensure supplier compliance.
• Monitoring supplier performance using key quality metrics and driving improvements.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product launches and production.
• Ensuring suppliers meet industry standards and client-specific requirements.
WHO YOU ARE:
• You have 2-5 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or a related field .
• You have a background in manufacturing and experience with quality systems.
• You are familiar with quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.) .
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• You can effectively communicate and collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and management.
• Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
• You are willing to travel within the U.S. (Mon–Fri) based on project needs; flexibility required.
• You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
