Your responsibilities As a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist, you will establish the procurement function behind an innovative ClimateTech product and create scalable supplier structures for international growth. Supplier Network: Build and develop an international supplier network for mechanical, electrical and electronic components. Strategic Sourcing: Identify, qualify and onboard suppliers that meet technical, commercial and quality requirements. Supplier Negotiations: Prepare and negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and commercial agreements. Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into procurement strategies. Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, lead times and quality standards. Cost Optimisation: Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality and supply security. Prototype & Scale Up: Support prototype builds and prepare procurement structures for serial production. Process Development: Design scalable procurement processes, supplier management standards and purchasing workflows. Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with logistics, operations and external manufacturing partners to ensure resilient supply chains. Your profil as Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Business or a comparable qualification.
