As Registered Support Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the Village, working alongside the General Manager and wider operational team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care. You will lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, champion quality and compliance, and create a culture where both residents and colleagues can flourish. You will be a visible and inspiring leader who leads by example, motivates teams to achieve excellence, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. Your influence will extend across resident care, colleague development, service quality, regulatory compliance and operational performance.
