Every day is different. You’ll support people with daily living, personal care, community access, education, employment, leisure and achieving their personal goals. What You’ll Do · Deliver high-quality person-centred support · Act as a Key Worker for allocated individuals · Support personal care while maintaining dignity and respect · Administer medication in line with policy · Assist individuals to access their community · Support daily household activities · Complete care documentation accurately · Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams · Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes What You’ll Bring Essential: · QQI Level 5 qualification · Qualification in Healthcare, Social Care or related discipline · Excellent spoken and written English · Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice Desirable: · Experience working in disability or social care · Full driving licence Why Join Resilience?
