We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team, with responsibility for driving best-in-class recruitment outcomes across both early careers and experienced hiring across Japan and the wider APAC region.  You will own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing and attraction through to assessment, selection, and offer management. This includes leading our graduate and intern recruitment strategies across APAC, working closely with universities, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating recruitment activity for entry-level talent.  You will also be a key partner to hiring managers for experienced roles, advising on inclusive recruitment strategies, running tailored hiring campaigns, and championing a seamless, high quality candidate experience.  Given the collaborative nature of our team and the small size of our local office, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our P&C Operations Advisor, and to occasionally support broader P&C Operations and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives — gaining valuable exposure to the full employee lifecycle.  We are a close-knit, high-performing, and supportive team that values curiosity, accountability, and shared success.
