Your Day-to-Day • Assist in sourcing candidates for Sales Consultant, Beauty Consultant, Frontliners, and other clinic operations role through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and support the initial candidate selection process based on job requirements. • Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports accurately. • Help the Talent Acquisition team on anything related to boosting the roles progress, especially on-site. Who We’re Looking For • Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Willing to support on-site recruitment and Scouting Learning Academy activities as needed.
