Talent Acquisition   Internship   (6 months) – Cluj-Napoca Wolters Kluwer is hiring interns to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month paid program designed to provide hands-on exposure across sourcing, coordination, and recruitment operations in a global environment supporting over 20,000 employees. You will work alongside experienced sourcers and recruiters, contributing to real hiring activity while building practical skills in talent acquisition. Strong performers may be considered for extension or permanent roles. What you will do • Contribute across core Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, coordination, and operational support • Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and basic research techniques • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication • Contribute to building candidate pipelines for active and future roles • Maintain and organize data within TA systems • Collaborate with sourcers and recruiters on ongoing hiring needs and projects What you will learn • Fundamentals of talent sourcing and pipeline building • Structured search techniques (including Boolean basics) • How global recruitment teams operate across regions and functions • Candidate communication and coordination processes • How hiring needs are defined and translated into sourcing strategies What success looks like • Consistent support on pipeline generation and role-related sourcing activities • Accurate and timely interview coordination • Reliable data management and attention to detail • Effective collaboration with team members Profile • Interest in recruitment, sourcing, or HR • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to learn quickly and handle structured tasks • Comfortable working with data and tools (MS Office required) • English required; German, Dutch is an advantage What we offer • 6-hour workday to support flexibility • Structured learning and on-the-job exposure • Meal vouchers • Health insurance • Global, collaborative work environment Our Interview Practices To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
