The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in supporting BESIX’s growth and operational success across the African region by ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires the right talent in a competitive and diverse market. The role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment expertise that enable informed hiring decisions and workforce planning. What You’ll Drive • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the Africa region. • Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring advice, and recruitment strategies tailored to African markets. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across the Africa region. • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and local talent platforms. • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and key stakeholders. • Attend and support interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates. • Serve as a BESIX ambassador in the talent market, promoting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities across Africa. • Continuously enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through efficient, transparent, and agile recruitment practices. • Contribute to and support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction activities across the African region. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment partners, educational institutions, and industry networks to support hiring objectives across Africa. • Monitor recruitment market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across key African countries to support informed hiring decisions.
