Reimagine What’s Possible Job Description Air Products is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Driver Recruiting team. In this role you will develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a strong pool of qualified driver candidates. This role requires a team‑oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and preferably experience recruiting within the transportation industry. This is a remote position. Build and maintain a strong internal network with key team members and utilize external networks. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR consistently throughout recruitment life cycle. Leverage labor market knowledge to draft the adequate source strategy and find talent. Understand business leaders’ requirements and collaborate on the most effective way to deliver high-quality talent with speed. Challenge and educate hiring managers on applicant/talent selection, business/talent risks of hiring certain candidates, and assumptions. Conduct and lead Intake Meeting with Hiring Manager and calibrations meetings as needed during recruitment. Conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and MyHR throughout the recruitment to ensure good candidate experience through onboarding. Minimum Qualifications: Recruiting or staffing experience for CDL positions is required. Prior experience in Transitioning Service Member and Veteran recruitment is strongly desired. Knowledge of DOT / FMCSA regulations HS Diploma or equivalent required College degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred Solid experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday and Tenstreet preferred. Solid experience proactively sourcing candidates using resume databases, Boolean/x-ray search techniques, LinkedIn and networking with professional organizations. Shown success in meeting and exceeding (KPI)Key Performance Indicators and TA data metrics. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and operate independently Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) A “can‑do” attitude with a strong work ethic Air Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that veterans bring to the table.
