Description
Type: Full-time · Setup: Remote (Mexico-based) · Contract: B2B (independent contractor)
Voyagu is a San Francisco-based travel management company connecting premium travelers with travel experts to make planning, booking, and managing trips easier. We're part of a fast-growing, billion-dollar travel industry, with millions in revenue and a team of 100+ people across San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City — and we're still expanding.
We're growing our Mexico City team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Sales hiring across the region. This is a high-impact role: you'll own recruitment end-to-end and play a central part in scaling one of our fastest-growing offices. If you know the Mexican talent market and love building teams from the ground up, this is for you.
What you'll do
• Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales roles, with a focus on cohort-based and volume hiring as we scale our Mexico City team
• Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Work with our modern recruiting stack — ATS (Breezy HR), LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, AI hiring assistants
• Design scorecards and run structured, competency- and behavior-based interviews
• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, set hiring targets, and shape strategy for fast-scaling teams
• Keep high-potential candidates warm and engaged through thoughtful top-of-funnel outreach
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every step and strengthen Voyagu's employer brand in the region
What we're looking for
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Hands-on experience with volume or cohort-based hiring, and comfort juggling multiple openings and hiring waves at once
• Knowledge of the Mexican talent market, especially for Sales roles
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Professional English (C1)
• A track record running full-cycle recruitment
• Confidence conducting structured interviews and assessing fit
• Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-driven
Nice to have
• Experience hiring in EMEA and APAC regions
• Experience helping scale a new regional office or team
What we offer
• Competitive compensation tied to performance: base + bonuses, B2B contract (independent contractor)
• Fully remote work from anywhere in Mexico, with flexible arrangements
• A collaborative, international team where your work has real, visible impact
• An innovative culture that rewards fresh thinking and initiative
