Mission Brief
As we scale to reach orbit, we are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves the hunt — proactively building pipelines rather than waiting for inbound. You will work closely with experienced recruiters on the team, hiring managers, and our leadership team, but you will also run your own roles and find your own candidates from day one.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
Understand hiring managers requirements for your roles and provide recruiting guidance and relevant market insights,
Build relevant relationships with hiring teams across the business
Manage your own recruitment processes end-to-end, prioritizing your workload independently and following established interview standards
Proactively source and build pipelines of immediate and long-term candidate leads, using channels suited to the roles you're hiring for
Track core recruiting metrics for your roles (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) and start suggesting improvements to your own workflow
Contribute to a positive, well-organized experience for candidates and hiring managers
Be involved in personnel marketing and employer branding projects by driving initiatives
Act as a first point of contact and brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace
Qualification Checklist
Bachelor’s or masters degree in business, psychology or related degree or equivalent
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
Outstanding organization and attention to detail
Fluent in English
Bonus Skills
Further language skills in german, norwegian, swedish or french
Experience with Greenhouse as ATS
High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organisation
In-house recruitment experience
