We make sure our customers receive their favorite beauty products quickly, reliably, and efficiently. We work collaboratively to plan, optimize, and maintain healthy inventory levels across the entire value chain. We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Team Lead Supply Chain Operations (all genders) for a 1 year parental leave cover to guide, empower, and scale our high-performing team of 5 operations specialists. In this role, you will combine people-first leadership with analytical foresight- optimizing replenishment strategies, driving cross-functional alignment, and building advanced simulation models to keep our supply chain lean, agile, and resilient. Your Role: Become the driving force behind efficient and optimized supply chain operations, ensuring on-time and cost-effective product delivery. Plan and monitor replenishment across the value chain, maintaining the accurate amounts of inventory and avoiding stockouts or overstocking Monitor monthly aging stock level and build a liquidating strategy with Logistics, our suppliers, and the category team through transfer/return, clearance, and promotions suggestions Partner with Category Management, Commercial, and Retail Media Leads to proactively address stock issues and maintain healthy inventory levels. Develop and implement data-driven strategies for replenishment, forecasting, and supplier collaboration, minimizing overstock and understock situations. Design and implement a simulation model to predict and optimize sales, replenishment, and forecasts, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Analyze and report on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the SCM Operations team, and identify and implement improvement actions and best practices Represent the Supply Chain team in cross-functional collaborations, communicating effectively and advocating for its strategic importance Your Profile: Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within E-Commerce, Retail, or FMCG. Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing operational teams. Analytical & Data Driven Mindset: Strong data literacy with expertise in building data-driven strategies.  Tools: Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and standard ERP systems   Strategic & Hands-on: Deep domain knowledge in forecasting, inventory management, replenishment algorithms, and supplier collaboration.
