We are   looking for a   People Manager (Tech)   to elevate our software engineering teams.   We’re   continuously evolving our technology landscape, powering multiple digital sales channels and   webshops   that serve thousands of customers and generate over €1 .2   billion in revenue each year. Your role As the   People Manager (Tech) , you will play a critical role in supporting the success of Kramp and our Software Engineers. With your passion for coaching, empowering, and   facilitating   engineers,   you’ll   help software engineers grow, feel empowered, and do their best work. Our product teams work with Agile principles, and   you’ll   play   an important role   in supporting their growth and delivery. Through your leadership,   you’ll   help teams develop, collaborate, and continuously improve. You’ll   encourage   a strong sense   of ownership, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and create an environment where people feel supported and can truly thrive. • You will focus on People Strategy by leading and managing a group of   around 20 Software Engineers distributed over 2 to 3 teams,   ensuring they perform at their best, thriving their potential and   achieving   their goals. • Advocating for both   people   and company needs,   you'll   ensure a balanced approach that supports both the growth of tech specialists and company strategy. • Collaborating closely with Product Owners,   you'll   work together to ensure the teams are delivering the expected quality. • Facilitate and support the Agile Way of working of teams where needed, by being present and   participating   in team meetings or events, or   facilitate   workshops and sessions on topics like feedback, way of working or other (agile) practices • Your role will also involve fostering the happiness and satisfaction of engineers, providing opportunities for them to transition between teams if desired. • You will   be responsible for   tracking key metrics such as employee net promoter score (NPS), team health, retention rates, and the personal development of team members. • Working with the HR   Team, you will ensure the Software Engineers are set for success and aligned with the company’s expansion. • You’ll   oversee capacity planning and coordinate the performance cycle for employees as well as help   lead to   the implementation of the growth framework. Y our team This role will be reporting directly to the Director   Enterprise Technology &   Strategy ,   you'll   work together to ensure the teams are well-equipped for growth.   You'll   also be part of a leadership team of Tech People Managers. Who you are? • Minimum 5 years of experience in   manag ing resources   (20+FTE)   in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment. • Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, working closely with engineering teams. • Strong communication   and relationship-building skills and a bility to be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team when it comes to People Strategy   &   Growth, offering guidance and support to help the organization achieve its overarching goals. • Lead by example ,   demonstrate   continuous learning, personal growth, and foster a culture of feedback. • Familiarity with Agile principles and ways of working across multiple teams, including   coaching   and enabling high-performing teams. • Proactive, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments   incluing   b uilds inclusive environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered. Please note that this role requires being present   both   at   our Utrecht office   (minimum 1 day per week)   and   our HQ in   Varsseveld   ( minimum 1 day per week ) What do we offer?
